This weeks assignment was to incorporate the theme of "depth of repetition" into a set of photos. I had an especially fun time with this project because it enabled me to be creative and find new and unusual ways to photograph my pictures. My goal was to find "depth of repetition" in unusual and unexpected subjects and be able to approach it in a unique way.

  1. The way you edited this series to bring out detail in the theme repetition is clearly conveyed. I like how you not only focused on the concept of repetition, but also strive to capture details in the patterns as shown in the first image of this series. I think this is very strong series that includes multiple other concepts as you show depth.

  2. Your photos are very interesting. I like how you chose to leave a lot of them in color. My favorite photo of yours is the fourth one. I like how it combines repetition and leading lines to demonstrate depth.

  3. Loved all the photos. My personal favorite is the green staircase as it really exemplifies the theme of depth. Really strong set here, cannot complain at all.

  4. These pictures are very crisp and interesting. The color pops on all of them which is beautiful. I particularly like number 4 because it clearly shows depth, but not with something super linear or clearly cut.

  5. I love all of your photos! Not only do you focus on depth and leading the viewers eye from the front to the back of the image, but you also seem to accentuate the different textures of objects that I would not normally have every paid attention to.
