For this set, I mostly just tried to experiment with my hand at editing, finding out what it is I like and don't like. I experimented with both effects as well as text. I found that I really admired both and that both styles of editing brought a different type of depth and beauty to my photos. I tried to keep my texts short and simple because, I didn't want to focus away from the photograph. For my editing, I chose to keep the effects of my photos light and simple as well because I still wanted to be able to depict what the photo was. I really liked the effect on photoshop, mosaic tile because I thought it gave my photos more texture and more of an artistic feel. I think for my second set, I will focus more on mosaic tile as well as experimenting with new effects.
The last photo looks very interesting. There are so many flowers it is almost overwhelming.
ReplyDeleteI love your last two photos! Both of the images are amazing, and i love the caption in the second to last photo. All of your photos look great together, and you have a nice variety of images. Great job!
ReplyDeleteI think your lastphoto is very interesting. This photo is very different because the flowers alone look like they could be an effect.
ReplyDeleteYou have developed a very unique style during this assignment. I really like the simple anecdotes you added to specific image to set the tone. I really like the image "looking out from the inside", because of the exceptional color patterns and the foreground background style.
ReplyDeletei really like your last picture. the contrast of black and white worked out perfectly. i also like how you arranged the text around the fence.
ReplyDeleteI love the captioned photos. The captions you used on each of the photos is clear, but also drags the view of the photo into a world of wonder.
ReplyDeletei really liked your photo of the pigeons but the chain-link fence one is a little hard to read
ReplyDeleteThe second to last shot is really great. The leading line creates a sense of entering the unknown. It's a beautiful shot and the text only really compounds that.
